    Looking to increase clubhead speed? Or just see how far your hips are turning at impact. This assessment will give you that and more. Here is what we will measure and give you: -Amount of hip and shoulder turn throughout the swing -Alignment at address -Posture at address and throughout the swing -Kinematic Sequence, this will show any inefficiency in the swing -Numbers to compare to similar demographic and tour pros This assessment is great if you're a golf nerd, like us. You want to learn where you can pick up more speed or you want a number on shoulder turn or hip turn before starting a program. We use Driver and 6 Iron for this assessment.

Our exercise progressions and regressions make it perfect for any level golfer. From the beginner on the course or gym to the low handicap golfer and seasoned gym user, you will find this class beneficial to your golf game and healthy lifestyle. This class is limited to 6 participants per class so you are still getting that small group, focused attention.
