Mike Hansen
Mike Hansen is recognized as one of the original golf fitness coaches. Mike owns and operates Hansen Fitness For Golf, which he founded in 2001. Hansen was recognized by Golf Digest as one of the top 50 best golf fitness trainers in the United States for 5 consecutive years (2020-2025).

Mike has a passion of helping golfers play and feel their best and improving their game by improving their body. He is a fitness coach to athletes on the PGA Tour, LPGA and many top Junior Golf Tours. He has also launched successful programs at several Country Clubs in the Orange County area,

Mike holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Purdue University and is a Certified Golf Fitness Coach through the Titleist Performance Institute at the highest level in the following areas: Fitness, Golf Biomechanics, Junior, and Power. He is also a Golf Digest Certified Golf Fitness Coach.

TPI Level 1 - Certified Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Instructor: Specializing in golf-specific fitness, skilled in analyzing the golf swing and identifying physical limitations that affect performance and providing targeted interventions to improve swing mechanics, Keith is certified by TPI (Titleist Performance Institute), recognized for its cutting-edge approach to golf fitness.
NASM Golf Fitness Specialist: Demonstrating expertise in developing tailored strength and conditioning programs that enhance golf performance.
NCSF CPT: Certified by the National Council on Strength and Fitness as a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in strength, performance and injury prevention.
NCSF LBS (Low Back Specialist): Certified by the National Council on Strength and Fitness in the specialized area of the Lumbar Spine with the focus on low back flexibility, strength and injury prevention.
