We put this workout together to keep our current members active while at home. We don't want you to lose any momentum while in quarantine.

This a great warm-up to do to start your program

Get the core going with this one. Do 3 sets of 10 on each arm and leg

3 sets of 10 for this one. If you don't have a band, just raise your arms up as high as you can

3 sets of 8 on each leg here. Be sure to rest in between sets to let the heart and legs recover.

This a great stretch for the hips and will work the whole body. Do 3 sets of 12.

Use these ladder drills to get their feet moving and work on coordination. You can create a ladder with chalk in the driveway or sidewall

2 to 3 sets of 30 second holds on each side for this one

3 sets of 10 here. This one will definitely get the heart rate up!

Keep the back engaged with this one. Do 3 sets of 8

Make sure the glute is firing here. Do 3 sets of 15 turns to each side.
