Hansen Fitness For Golf is a golf-specific coaching company located in Orange County, ready to assist, teach and guide you through a customized program designed to meet all of your golf fitness goals.

Mike Hansen is recognized as one of the original golf fitness coaches. Mike owns and operates Hansen Fitness For Golf, which he founded in 2001. Hansen was recognized by Golf Digest as one of the top 50 best golf fitness trainers in the United States for 5 consecutive years (2020–2025). He is also a two-time Golf Fitness Association of America (GFAA) Industry Leaders Award winner (2025 & 2026).

Golf Fitness
Assessment

A discovery session to learn what the golfers can and can not do physically. In the assessment, we look at joint mobility, flexibility of the muscles, balance, strength and power.

Fitness Training

We work 1-on-1 with clients to ensure proper form, technique and motivation to achieve their goals.

Open Gym

A small group of like minded golfers going through a specific workout routine designed for each individual, while a coach is always on hand to help.

Semi Private

Our newest program, built exclusively for junior golfers, with three development stages; Active Start, Tournament Ready, and College Prep.
