Your Best Golf Starts Here

Since 2001, we've helped golfers in Irvine play stronger, swing faster, and stay pain-free, using TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) methods trusted by tour players.
It all starts with the right assessment.

Junior Golfers

Because young golfers are still developing, we assess them with that in mind, protecting their growth while building real strength and skill. Every parent gets a straightforward breakdown of the results and the plan ahead.

Active Start Junior Assessment

Ages 9-11 · 1 hr · $150

This assessment gives your young golfer a fun, age-appropriate first look at how they move, checking the fundamentals before habits and swing patterns are set.

  • Balance & Coordination — the building blocks for controlling a golf club and athletic movement in general.

  • Mobility Check — makes sure growing joints and muscles are moving freely, without restriction.

  • Foundational Strength — a light look at the muscles that will support their swing as they grow.

There's no pressure here, no scores to chase, just a positive, encouraging introduction to how their body works. Parents walk away with simple, practical ways to support healthy movement and development, both on the course and off.

Best for: Young golfers ages 9–11 taking their first steps in the game.

This assessment digs into how your athlete's body connects to their swing, uncovering anything that could be causing inconsistency, aches and pains, or trouble getting into the positions their coach is asking for.

  • Movement Assessment — pinpoints limitations in the joints or stabilization muscles creating inefficiencies in the swing.

  • Strength Assessment — identifies weaknesses in the muscles that matter most for the golf swing.

  • Power Assessment — reveals your junior's biggest power sources, core, upper body, or lower body, and whether they're using them correctly.

Forcing rotation through a joint that's stiff or weak leads to injury, not speed. Parents and players leave with a clear plan to build power the right way and stay durable through the growth years.

Best for: Junior golfers ages 12–18 who are serious about improving.

In this assessment we focus on your body swing connection and look for anything in your body that could be causing an inconsistent swing, aches or pains, or not being able to get into the positions your swing coach is requesting, by performing the following assessments:

  • Movement Assessment to locate any limitations in the joints or stabilization muscles that could cause inefficiencies in the swing.

  • Strength Assessment to locate any weaknesses in most important muscles to use during the golf swing

  • Power Assessment to determine your biggest power sources and ensure you’re using them in your swing. Are they the core, upper body or lower body?

You can only move the way the body will allow you to and forcing rotation through a joint that is stiff or weak will eventually lead to injury and frustration. Our expertise is to help prepare you to play the best golf possible as long as you can.

Best for: Adult golfers who want measurable improvement and a body that holds up.

Most golfers spend years working on their swing without ever understanding what their body is actually capable of — or what's quietly working against them. This assessment changes that.

The Complete Golf Performance Assessment is our most comprehensive evaluation, combining a full physical screen with a 3D swing analysis to give you a complete picture of your body, your movement, and your swing — all in one session.

What's included:

  • Movement Assessment to locate limitations in joints and stabilizing muscles that could cause inefficiencies in the swing.

  • Strength Assessment to locate weaknesses in the muscles most important to the golf swing.

  • Power Assessment to determine your biggest power sources — core, upper body, or lower body — and ensure you're using them in your swing.

  • 3D Swing Analysis with K-Vest using motion sensors to capture exactly how your body moves through your swing in three dimensions. We measure hip and shoulder rotation at the top and at impact, track the speed of your hips, torso, arms, and club, and compare every number against PGA and LPGA professionals as well as your peer group — with both a driver and a 6-iron.

  • Baseline Speed Numbers to record your clubhead speed and ball speed so every future gain is measurable.

At the end of your session, you walk away with a personalized program prescription built around everything we find — not a generic plan, but one designed specifically for your body and your swing. We can share your full results with your swing coach so they're working from the same picture you are.

There is no other golf assessment of this depth available anywhere in Orange County. If you're serious about understanding your game and improving it faster, this is where you start.

Best for: Golfers ages 12 and up who want the full picture — and a clear path forward.
