We offer 1-on-1 or Semi-Private Training:


We adapt every program to your specific needs. Each package of training sessions is designed to give you the best results with the time you have available. In order to see results in your game from golf fitness coaching, you MUST be consistent with your program and perform all exercises properly. To help you accomplish this, we have packaged our 1-on-1, and semi-private coaching sessions into monthly plans.


Performance Packages: Month-to-Month Commitment

Following your assessment we will help you decide which option is best for you. Our performance packages are designed for those that are committed to improve their game and body, and want to get the quickest and best results from their golf fitness.


Once you decide upon the type of commitment you feel that you can make, you can then decide if you want to come in 1, 2, or 3 times per week. You will be on your way to much better golf, feeling better, with a road map to ultimate success!

Each Program Includes:

  • Personalized Training Sessions With a Certified Golf Fitness Coach

  • Online Access to Your Workout for easy at home exercises on the Off Days

  • 1 Visit to Your Golf Swing Lesson Per Month (if you take lessons)

  • Unlimited Access to the MyTPI Website

  • Email Support With Your Golf Fitness Coach Throughout Your Program
