1 Stretch and 1 Exercise for Shoulder and Elbow Pain in Your Golf Swing


One thing I see with my clients is that they suffer from immobility in the shoulders. In the golf swing it is imperative to have good mobility, because the shoulders are forced through rotation and if not flexible we see shoulder injury as well as elbow pain.
