In my last blog post, I mentioned the 3 different things you needed to be doing now at home or in the gym to make sure that you play your best when the weather is great.
It may seem vague, and you may not know what the thoracic spine is, or what you should do to work on your hips.
So I made a video for you.
I hope this makes sense and is easy for you to include in your daily routine or as part of your workout.
My passion is to help golfers discover the importance of fitness to play better and feel better. I created a short survey to learn how I might be able to do that.
