Mobility and Stability for The Most Important Joints


This month we are delivering the 4 most important things you can do this pre-season to get ready for the Summer.

In our first video I address the Hips and Thoracic Spine. It is a must for ALL golfers to have some mobility in these joints. The only way to get and maintain that mobility is to have the right muscles stabilizing those joints.

In this video I give you 2 simple exercises to get the hips more mobile as well as the Thoracic spine. The exercise can not be performed correctly if you aren't using the right stabilizers, so it's a twofer!
