Lack of Balance Could Be Your Worst Enemy


Balance, don't use it, you lose it!

If I had to tell you which exercise or movement that most often failed in our assessment process it would be the balance test.

Or, if I had a dollar for every time I heard, "I can't believe my balance is that bad", I could retire:)

The scary thing is, we test on a flat surface. Get out on the course with only 18 perfect lies and look out!

In a recent post I mentioned if you had to work on one thing in your body, it would be your glutes. Well guess what? Stronger glutes = better balance!

The better your balance the more consistent your golf swing can be. Here are a couple exercises that are going to make your golf swing that much better, because they address balance!
