8 MPH IN 8 Weeks (Week 2 Update) With Gym Workout

The program is going well so far, I'm having fun with it, and getting some great workouts in.

I haven't swung the driver yet since the first week when I did the initial assessment and swing analysis. If you haven't seen the video of that you can check it out here.

We filmed my workout yesterday that was lower body and core focused with some dynamic stretching at the end. Check it out for some tips and great exercises for more power!
